Do I need an account to place an order?
Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.
To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details and store credit cards securely. Creating an account can be done as you checkout by selecting New Customer or Sign Up on the mobile site. You can also create an account at the link below:

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit Cards
We use a PCI certified payment gateway which stores our customer card information off-site; Paymentsense. Boiler Parts Center never has access to your card details directly. If for any reason our servers are ever compromised, your card details will remain safe. All major credit/debit card types are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. This is our recommended payment method.

Paypal

PayPal is an alternate method of payment on our website. It enables any individual or business with an e-mail address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

PayPal Conditions

If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process. Once you click "Submit Your Order," you will automatically be re-directed to PayPal website to complete your payment. Your order will not be submitted until you complete the checkout process on the PayPal website.

What shipping methods do you provide?
Royal Mail:
For small items upto £15 you will have the option of choosing Royal mail for your delivery service, for £3.99.

Please note this service can take 2-3 days for delivery. Orders are normally shipped the next working day after 5pm.

Please Do NOT use this service if you require the part urgently. Use the express option for all urgent orders.
Parcel Force Express delivery
Express Delivery is usually next working day but on some occasions can take 2 days.

FREE Express Delivery on all orders over £250

Express Delivery (order before 2pm): £7.99 (on orders under £250)

Express delivery is not guaranteed to remote areas of the UK. Delivery to these areas may take up to 3-5 working days.

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available on some orders from the mainland UK. Please note for Saturday delivery the order needs to be completed before 4pm on the Friday. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

What is your return policy?

I received a part but was not in original box
Some of the parts especially heavy parts like diverter valves and fans are not very well packed, therefore we re-pack them into larger boxes, so we may add protection for the parts. Therefore you may receive for example an alpha diverter in a box marked chaffoteaux.We recycle packaging so you are not charged for any of the packaging material costs - only for the actual courier charges that we pay.
Are your parts used or reconditioned?
No. Our parts are not used or reconditioned. All parts are new. We offer lower prices by buying in bulk direct from manufacturers of the parts.
Can i place an order over the telephone
No this is not possible.All orders are to be placed via our website. This helps to reduce any errors by taking orders over the telephone and helps to keep the cost of spares as low as possible.Also we do not take anyones credit card information, the payments are taken via secure payment gateways by Paymentsense or Paypal.
Can I collect the parts from your branch?
